We facilitate the entire procurement journey-from finding suppliers and requesting quotes, to managing logistics and customs clearance-so you can source with confidence.
Every supplier on our platform is human-verified by our on-the-ground operations team. We check certifications (ISO, CE, and others), conduct factory visits, review quality ratings, and negotiate response SLAs. Only suppliers who pass our vetting process are listed-so you never have to take a blind risk again.
We do not process payments directly. Instead, you pay your supplier via bank transfer or mobile money (such as Orange Money), then upload your payment confirmation to our platform. Our team verifies the proof-checking the amount, reference number, date, and recipient-and activates your order once confirmed. This payment proof model is adapted for local banking constraints and keeps fees low.
We offer three tiers designed for different business stages: Argent (XAF 25,000/month) gives you 1 sector access, full supplier profiles, basic order tracking, and email support. An RFQ (Request for Quote) is how you tell us what you need. Simply specify your product requirements, quantities, and attach reference images. We forward your request to vetted suppliers, and you receive competitive quotes-typically within 3 to 15 days depending on your tier. You can then compare quotes side-by-side and accept the best offer.
Typical delivery times are around 30–60 days from order confirmation, depending on the product and supplier. You can track every stage on our platform: production start, quality inspection, container loading, transit at sea, arrival at Douala port, and customs clearance. Gold and Platine subscribers receive more detailed and real-time tracking updates.
We take quality seriously. Orders include pre-shipment quality inspections with photo evidence and reports.
